    New Hexage’s game called REDCON is out now! I took care of creating the soundtrack and sounds for this game. As Hexage makes longer running projects now we decided to create a new soundtrack that contains music from their previous game Reaper and the current one – REDCON.

    Here is the soundtrack!

    The soundtrack is currently available on Bandcamp, however in a few weeks time it will be on all major stores as well.

  • New Zealand music picks after spending there almost 3 years

    After spending almost 3 years in New Zealand I discovered quite a few artists that I really like. Let this list be a bit of an sample on the New Zealand music scene. I am sure you will like at least some of these. Please note that I intentionally skip artists like Lorde or Shapeshifters as everyone knows them 🙂

    • Lukas Jury – quite an amazing guitarists with some fresh ideas, saw him on Queen Street in Auckland.
    • @Peace – hip hop group that stands out with their lightweight music.
    • Dog, Sheep and Wolf – alternative folk sounding artist that is super talented. You’ll hear.
    • The Eversons – probably my favourite. Don’t know if you will fall in love with them without seeing them live but hopefully yes. Fun, rock songs with funny lyrics.
    • Lips – probably first New Zealand artist that caught my attention when I saw her on TV.
    • Bulletproof – a bit forgotten drum and bass producer that does variety of music these days. His most recent stuff sounds really good. SOUNDCLOUD
    • RosaDub – a bit of a fortunate find. A bit of R’n’b, a bit of chill out / dub combination.

    New Zealand has some amazing artists that will probably be an inspiration for many more to come. In comparison to our Czech Republic they seem to be a bit more young and their music feels just a bit more lightweight – it’s probably the sea, the sun and the mountains.

  • Kubatko – Za Hlavou feat. Olga Königová – Aucklandia (official lyrics video)

    It’s unbelievable but for the 4th time there is my song from Aucklandia in the Radio 1 charts. This time it is one of my album favourites – “Za Hlavou” featuring Olga Königová.  If you like you can vote for my song here.

  • Vzduchoplavec – hudební minihra

    Spolu s přípravou vydání alba ještě dělám na hudební mini-hře, o jejímž osudu si ještě nejsem jistý. Ještě rozmýšlím, jeslti jí posadit na cd nebo dát jen ke stažení na stránky (nebo obojí?). Zatím to ale vidím na zdarma stažení na mých stránkách. Momentálně jsem ve fázi posledního vylaďování a řešení, jak uživatele ušetřit instalování zbytečných věcí.   • English “thanks” to Evac players

    I want to thank to all the players of new game Evac by Hexage. I have read many positive words and it always feels great to feel appreciated. It has always been fun making music and sounds for them as they give me much freedom in my creation. So it always ends up with something interesting (in my opinion). I hope you all will have much fun with the game as i think Hexage guys always come with great games.

    If Evac is your first game then i recommend checking all other games for which i made music and sounds as well.

  • Everlands – trailer

    Čtvrtá hra ze studia “Hexage”, pro kterou jsem dělal hudbu a zvuky. Brzo příchozí “Everlands” jistě bude stát za omrknutí. Je vtipná, zábavná a určitě pobaví. Více na www.hexage.net
